Check out This Great Video That Explains the Function of The Lymphatic System.
The Lymphatic System is the body's waste disposal. It clears away bacteria, cell debris, excess water, proteins and wastes from the connective tissue and returns it to the blood stream for ultimate removal by the kidneys. Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLD) increases lymphatic circulation and helps detoxify the body. It drains sluggish lymph nodes. It stimulates the movement of lymph and encourages the formation of lymphocytes that produce antibodies increasing the body's resistance to infection. If tissue has been damaged, MLD helps to stimulate the lymphatic system to remove wastes more rapidly from around these inflamed tissues sending it back to the lymphatic system for removal and cleansing. We service all Fort Worth, Aledo, and Weatherford.
You have, or going to, invest thousands of dollars on surgery to get the desired results you want. It is important to get the best post-surgery outcome. Manual Lymphatic Drainage will reduce swelling, reduce the after surgery pain, and improve areas of scaring. The best surgeons require a series of Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massages.
Pre-Surgery Manual Lymphatic Massage will detoxify and increase the immune system of the body for the trauma of surgery. MLD post-op accelerates the healing process, pain control and is the first and last step to maximum successful results before and after your surgery.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Lymphatic Massage, is gentle enough to be performed during pregnancy and is indeed safe for Mom and Baby. In fact, as long as pre-eclampsia is ruled out, LDM is the treatment of choice for puffy eyes, puffy ankles, water retention issues, and tired, swollen legs during pregnancy. This is called Edema and can continue after childbirth. Breast lumps are a worry at any time, but can be very common when breastfeeding, particularly lumps that come and go. If engorgement or mastitis are not treated promptly this could lead to a breast abscess. Lumps in the armpit can also be associated with breastfeeding because breast tissue extends into the armpit. Lymphatic Drainage Massage has been proven to eliminate/reduce these lumps, detoxify, and control pain. We service all Fort Worth, Aledo, and Weatherford.
