The Lymphatic System is the body's waste disposal. In fact, as long as pre-eclampsia is ruled out, LDM is the treatment of choice for puffy eyes, puffy ankles, water retention issues, and tired, swollen legs during pregnancy. This is called Edema and can continue after childbirth. Breast lumps are a worry at any time, but can be very common when breastfeeding, particularly lumps that come and go.
