My training expands to more than just a massage therapist in Fort Worth. With extensive training, I love to tap into the body, listen to what it needs to receive, unlock years of chronic pain, and help bodies easily recover from surgery or injury. I help clients after Face Lift, Liposuction, Tummy Tuck, BBL, Mommy Make Over and Orthopedic Surgeries. My advanced background and studies in massage and body work includes: Orthopedic/Medical Massage, Myoskeletal Techniques, Advance Lymphatic Drainage, Post-surgical Recovery,, CranioSacral Therapy, Pre-natal Massage, Reflexology, and most recently Pain Neutralization Technique (PNT). Pain Neutralization leads me to help more people with pain by using more subtle techniques that treat: neck pain, low back pain, headaches, migraines, vertigo, jaw pain (TMJ), ,frozen shoulder, elbow and wrist pain, hip/knee pain and much more. I love to constantly learn about what can be applied to help further the healing journey. For those who know me for years, know that I go above and beyond my continuing education requirements. I specialize in Post-op services, Pain Neutralization, Pain Therapy, and Lymphatic Drainage in Fort Worth. With these Techniques, I can turn off Chronic & Acute Pain no matter how long it has been there, on many people, within a few seconds using neurological reflexes .
Four words that describe my Pain Management Technique: Intuitive, Healing Touch and Effective.

Hello, my name is Stormy Caldwell and I’m a Nurse, as well as Manual Lymphatic Therapist at Lotus Massage & Pain Therapy. My education in nursing began at Oral Roberts University, and ultimately led me to Weatherford College, where I graduated with Honors and also received the highest of awards a nursing student can obtain- The Florence Nightingale Award. After becoming a nurse, I was eager to pave a way within the alternative & holistic world of medicine, as I whole-heartedly believe in the therapies these worlds have to offer, which are safe, effective and don't pose risk of long-term side effects. The desire to tap into this area of healing, led me into Lymphatic therapies, as I’m now certified in Dr. Vodders technique of Manual Lymphatic Drainage. I'm also certified in cupping therapies, which can be used for a wide range of benefits, including aiding in fibrosis elimination. I have had the wonderful opportunity to assist in the healing process of a wide range of clientele. This clientele includes and is not limited to: post-surgery draining for both cosmetic and general procedures, general detox, mental health relief, skin conditions, weight loss promotion, post-mold exposure, etc. Manual Lymphatic Drainage is safe and effective for nearly everyone, as there are few contraindications. I strive to offer the best experience to each client, catering to their personal needs, within a calming atmosphere. I also look forward to furthering my education and expanding on therapies to offer, so that I can assist more people along their healing journey.
