My training expands to more than just a massage therapist in Fort Worth. With extensive training, I love to tap into the body, listen to what it needs to receive, unlock years of chronic pain, and help bodies easily recover from surgery or injury. I help clients after Face Lift, Liposuction, Tummy Tuck, BBL, Mommy Make Over and Orthopedic Surgeries. My advanced background and studies in massage and body work includes: Orthopedic/Medical Massage, Myoskeletal Techniques, Advance Lymphatic Drainage, Post-surgical Recovery,, CranioSacral Therapy, Pre-natal Massage, Reflexology, and most recently Pain Neutralization Technique (PNT). Pain Neutralization leads me to help more people with pain by using more subtle techniques that treat: neck pain, low back pain, headaches, migraines, vertigo, jaw pain (TMJ), ,frozen shoulder, elbow and wrist pain, hip/knee pain and much more. I love to constantly learn about what can be applied to help further the healing journey. For those who know me for years, know that I go above and beyond my continuing education requirements. I specialize in Post-op services, Pain Neutralization, Pain Therapy, and Lymphatic Drainage in Fort Worth. With these Techniques,  I can turn off Chronic & Acute Pain no matter how long it has been there, on many people, within a few seconds using neurological reflexes .
